Seventeen players will attend the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay, Wisconsin next week, with several of the potential picks for the Pittsburgh Steelers at No. 21 expected to be in attendance.

Quarterbacks Jaxson Dart and Jalen Milroe will both be at the draft in Green Bay, while second-rated quarterback Shedeur Sanders will not be in attendance.

Other options for the Steelers at No. 21 that will be in the building include Texas wide receiver Matthew Golden, Michigan cornerback Will Johnson and Texas A&M outside linebacker Shemar Stewart.

The league was expected to keep down the number of attendees this year, reportedly in response to space concerns in Green Bay, but that ended up not coming to pass. There were 13 players on-stage for last year’s first round in Detroit. Cornerback Terrion Arnold was the last of that group selected when he went at No. 24 overall to the Lions.

The more players that are invited to the process, the greater the chance a player at the draft will not be selected. The last time that happened was in 2023, when Penn State cornerback Joey Porter Jr. was not selected and went to the Steelers with the first pick of the second round the next day.
