CLEVELAND — Browns offensive tackle Jedrick Wills Jr. led the game against the Steelers early with what appeared to be a lower leg injury.

Wills left the game after a fourth-down run by Kareem Hunt where Wills appeared to get stepped on. He stayed down for over a minute before gingerly walking off with trainers. He was able to put weight on his leg, but had a heavy limp in his gait as he walked into the medical tent.

Wills is a significant member of the Browns offensive line. A first-round pick, Wills has become a stalwart for the Browns at left tackle as they built a strong offensive line to complement their strong running game. With him out, it will be James Hudson III that will step in to fill his void. He is a second-year player out of Cincinnati who has some playing experience, though the Browns may look to give him some help with Alex Highsmith and Cam Heyward towards his side.
