The Pro Football Hall of Fame is celebrating and honoring the life of late Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker Kevin Greene on the day of his memorial service.

The Hall of Fame will fly their flag at half-staff Saturday in honor of Greene’s memory, they announced on Twitter.

Greene passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Dec. 21 at just 58 years old.

A legendary pass rusher, Greene recorded 734 total tackles and 160 sacks over his 15-year career with the Steelers, Rams, Panthers and 49ers.

His 160 sacks are the third-most in NFL history, trailing only fellow Hall of Famers Bruce Smith and Reggie White.

Greene was named an All-Pro three times, earned five Pro Bowl selections and was named NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 1996.

He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2016.
