Another accuser has come forward against Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson

According to Jonathan Jones of CBS Sports, a new lawsuit has been filed in Texas against Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson. A massage therapist (Jane Doe) says she was pressured into performing oral sex on Watson in Dec. 2020 during the massage session. The lawsuit is not connected to the 24 previous lawsuits that were filed against Watson, 23 of which have been settled. Watson is currently serving an 11-game suspension violating the league’s personal conduct policy.

Tom Brady said Cam Heyward is “one of the great players I’ve ever played against.” Brady also gave praise for Myles Jack, Devin Bush and Minkah Fitzpatrick. Heyward showed respect for Brady on his podcast, as well. “If you assume that you got Brady in a certain check or anything, guess again. That dude has played too much football and understands everything,” Heyward said. 

Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich discussed game-planning for the Steelers without T.J. Watt. “It’s different. As a competitor, you always want to go against the best,” Leftwich said. “He’s one of the best in the world. He makes timely plays.”

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette did an in-depth story on Steelers founder Art Rooney Sr. and how he became one of the city’s leading racket figures. FBI records and interviews show that Rooney emerged as perhaps Pittsburgh’s best-known ‘sportsman’ while secretly running one of the city’s largest racket operations, including the numbers, illegal beer, offtrack betting, gambling rooms, and slot machines.

Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk believes that Steelers president Art Rooney II has more sway in the day-to-day operations than people think.

With the 50th anniversary of the Immaculate Reception on the horizon, the Heinz History Center unveiled some items that will be on display as part of an upcoming exhibit. Included is the ball from the play, Franco’s high school jersey and an Italian Army helmet.

Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network said on the Pat McAfee Show that there’s a realistic chance that Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa plays next Sunday against the Steelers. Tagovailoa returned to the field for the first time on Wednesday since suffering two concussions within five days of each other.

The Miami of Ohio Football Twitter account shared a Throwback Thursday highlight of Ben Roethlisberger throwing a touchdown pass to Cal Murray for a touchdown in the 2003 MAC Championship against Bowling Green. Roethlisberger threw for 440 yards and four touchdowns, leading No. 15 Miami of Ohio to a 49-27 win over Bowling Green.
