The Steelers have activated practice squad running back Trey Edmunds and linebacker Jayrone Elliott along with recently promoted defensive lineman Henry Mondeaux for their Week 7 game against the Tennessee Titans.

Edmunds will replace injured fullback Derek Watt, who is out with a hamstring strain. Elliott will help on special teams as Robert Spillane moves to the starting lineup at inside linebacker to replace injured starter Devin Bush. Second-year inside linebacker Ulysees Gilbert III will also draw into the lineup after being inactive most of this season.

Mondeaux, who was activated from the practice squad this week, will get a helmet in place of second-year lineman Isaiah Buggs, who had dressed in each of the Steelers’ first six games.

Injured Nickel corner Mike Hilton (shoulder) will not also not dress for the game.

The Steelers’ healthy scratches are quarterback Josh Dobbs, defensive tackle Carlos Davis, offensive lineman Derwin Gray and tight end Zach Genry.
