ESPN’s Mike Tannenbaum: Steelers Will Finish Last in AFC North, Ben Roethlisberger ‘Worst Quarterback’ in Division

Former NFL general manager and current ESPN analyst Mike Tannenbaum is back to bashing the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Joining ESPN’s Get Up on Wednesday, Tannenbaum once again shared his pessimistic outlook for Pittsburgh’s season, and believes quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will be to blame.

“(The Steelers) are going to be last (in the AFC North) because they have the worst quarterback in the division,” Tannenbaum said.

Tannenbaum was adamant earlier this offseason that the Steelers should not have brought back Roethlisberger for the 2021 season. Now that they have, he thinks they have doomed themselves.

The Steelers won the AFC North last season behind 3,803 yards and 33 touchdowns from the 39-year-old, but sputtered at the end of the season losing four of their final five games following an 11-0 start.
