Ex-Bengals Star Rips Pittsburgh: ‘By Far the Worst’
Former Cincinnati Bengals defensive back had harsh things about the city of Pittsburgh. He ripped everything from the fans to the food.

Despite the Pittsburgh Steelers fan base being voted the best and most loyal, some don’t see the Steel City as fondly. Former Cincinnati Bengals defensive back Adam “Pacman” Jones had some very choice words to describe the city.
Jones began the segment by discussing the best cities he played in. He highlighted party cities such as Dallas, Miami, and San Diego for their nightclubs and access to recreational substances.
When it came to the worst, he first listed San Francisco and Philadelphia. He then ripped Pittsburgh in a profanity-laced description.

“By far the worst is Pittsburgh … The [explicative] stadiums suck. The [explicative] people suck around there. The food [explicative] stinks,” Adams started in his ramble of Pittsburgh. “I don’t like the colors. The rivers’ ugly.”
Jones also made sure to highlight the gentleman clubs in the area negatively. It’s probable Jones was more worried about how he could party than party throughout his football career.
Jones was subjected to multiple arrests and controversies in the party scene throughout his playing days. Eventually, he was suspended for an entire season under new NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell in 2007 due to his off-field issues.

Steelers fans may remember Jones most for his timely penalty in the waning moments of the 2015 Steelers-Bengals wild card game. Jones pushed then assistant coach Joey Porter while Antonio Brown was receiving medical assistance after a defenseless hit by Jones’ teammate Vontaze Burfict.
The penalty tacked onto the Burfict personal foul and gave the Steelers 30 yards in seconds. This led to Chris Boswell’s game winning field goal to send Pittsburgh to Denver for the AFC Divisional Round.
Jones is entitled to his opinion. However, while this can’t sit well with the residents in Pittsburgh, you can expect the city to put on a show next spring for the 2026 NFL Draft.
