With the departure of Diontae Johnson, the Pittsburgh Steelers are going to need another playmaker to step up and take pressure off George Pickens. Perhaps that assistance comes from the teams tight end, Pat Freiermuth, who is coming off an injury-riddled campaign in 2023. Just two seasons ago, the former second-round selection broke out and totaled 732 receiving yards while leading the offense in yards after the catch. Now, in Arthur Smith’s offense that is catered towards the use of the tight end via heavy personnel, the Penn State product has a chance to earn a big payday following a contract year.

Steelers tight end Pat Freiermuth joins SN analyst Derrick Bell in the film room to break down some of his top plays so far throughout his professional career. This video is specifically tailored towards film junkies to give a first-hand look at an NFL player watches tape. At the conclusion of the video, Freiermuth details his excitement for playing in a new offense as the both he and the rest of the team prepare for the start of OTAs.
