Former Steelers LB James Harrison Breaks Egg with Bicep in Viral Challenge

Former Steelers linebacker James Harrison is 42 years old, but that doesn’t mean he’s not up on the latest trends on social media — especially those that involve him getting to use his prodigious strength.

Responding to the Bicep Egg challenge that has been circulating on TikTok and Instagram, Harrison attempted to break an egg placed in the crook of his elbow, just by flexing his bicep.

The challenge has been frustratingly difficult for many buff social media users that have tried it, leading Harrison to believe it couldn’t be done.

But Harrison was wrong, much to his surprise:

The challenge is difficult, because even pressure on either side of the egg won’t cause it to crack. But Harrison’s bicep seemed more than capable of getting the job done. Now it’s more like a cleanup challenge.
