PITTSBURGH — The Steelers got to work with OTA session No. 1 of nine on Tuesday at UPMC Rooney Sports Complex on the South Side, and did so with solid participation, as more than three-quarters of the 90-man roster was in attendance for the opening session of the team’s spring workouts.

The practice was the first official one for the Steelers’ 2021 rookie class and offseason acquisitions like quarterback Dwayne Haskins, tackle Joe Haeg and guard Rashaad Coward. It was also the first practice as offensive coordinator for Matt Canada.
