Today’s it’s the team’s coaching staff, which has made no changes despite the disastrous end to the 2024 season, and why it’s not going to be that easy for head coach Mike Tomlin to successfully replace members of his coaching staff.

Pittsburgh has one of the smallest coaching staffs in the league, and it puts that much more pressure on each member of the staff to be one of the best in the league. They would probably benefit from adding to the league’s smallest staff.
