The NFL Network is broadcasting the Pittsburgh Steelers 2022 preseason opening matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. The game will take place on Saturday, Aug. 13 at 7 p.m. and is one of 22 preseason games that the NFL Network is putting on its channel this season, the network announced on Monday.

The game is one of four shown on the NFL Network that day. The first game starts at 1 p.m., featuring the Kansas City Chiefs and Chicago Bears. Then, the Indianapolis Colts take on the Buffalo Bills at 4 p.m. Finally, the Denver Broncos host the Dallas Cowboys at 9 p.m.

KDKA-TV will also broadcast the game locally in the Pittsburgh market.

The Steelers played the Seahawks last regular season, which finished in a 23-20 victory at Heinz Field in overtime.

This is the second Steelers preseason game that will be televised to a national audience. CBS is broadcasting the matchup against the Detroit Lions on Sunday, Aug. 28. The other preseason game for the Steelers is away at the Jacksonville Jaguars on Aug. 20. That game will also be broadcast on KDKA locally.

All the Steelers preseason and regular season games will be carried by the Steelers Radio Network, with 102.5-FM WDVE Pittsburgh the flagship.
