Odds Released on Who Wins AFC North in 2019

Just two weeks removed from the 2019 NFL Draft, oddsmakers everywhere are beginning to mold their opinions on teams throughout the NFL.

The AFC North crown appears to be anybody’s for the taking in 2019.

In order, the teams with the best odds are:

Cleveland Browns, 1/1 odds

That’s right, you don’t have to turn your Xbox off, the Cleveland Browns are favored to win the division. Promising QB Baker Mayfield now has a serious supporting cast around him, and Cleveland believes they’ve got the defense to hang in the physical AFC North.

Pittsburgh Steelers, 2/1 odds

The Pittsburgh Steelers rank in as the second favorites. Pittsburgh will look to bounce back after missing the playoffs for the first time since the 2013 season. Superstars Antonio Brown and Le’Veon Bell are out the door, but the Steelers are confident their core with a healthy mix of new kids on the block can help right the ship in Pittsburgh.

Baltimore Ravens, 7/2 odds

The defending division champion Baltimore Ravens lost some key defensive players, yet reloaded by signing Earl Thomas and drafting other offensive weapons. Lamar Jackson will need make strides in his passing game in order for Baltimore to repeat as division champions, and it appears as if oddsmakers don’t believe that will happen this season.

Cincinnati Bengals, 20/1 odds

Cincinnati currently finds themselves in rebuilding purgatory. The Bengals hired new head coach Zac Taylor and waved goodbye to defensive staple Vontaze Burfict. Time appears to be winding down for the dynamic duo of Andy Dalton/A.J. Green to make noise in the playoffs for the Bengals, and if the oddsmakers are correct, Cincinnati will be at the bottom of the division.
