Panthers, Seahawks Favorites to Trade for Deshaun Watson

With his legal situation resolved, odds for Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson’s next team have been released, but the Pittsburgh Steelers do not appear a likely landing spot.

Pittsburgh is tied for. the second-longest odds to be Watson’s next club at 18/1, courtesy of BetOnline. Only the Indianapolis Colts have longer odds at 25/1.

The Carolina Panthers are the favorites to acquire Watson at 2/1.

The Seattle Seahawks, who just traded away Russell Wilson this past week, have the second-best odds at 3/1.

Watson sat out the entire 2021 season, but had the best statistical campaign of his career in 2020.

He threw for 4,823 yards and 33 touchdowns with just seven interceptions. Watson also completed a career-high 70.2% of his passes.
