George Pickens Among Best Prop Bets for Steelers-Cowboys on SNF
A look at DraftKings Sport Books best bets for the Steelers-Cowboys week 5 matchup led by George Pickens prop bet.
The Pittsburgh Steelers are to bounce back after a loss on the road against the Indianapolis Colts. The Steelers will do so with multiple key players out. The Dallas Cowboys come to Acrisure Stadium also dealing with injury concerns.
In an NFL-Lore matchup, the bright lights will be on the field for Sunday Night Football. Here are a few of our favorite bets from DraftKings Sports Book going into this primetime matchup!
CeeDee Lamb UNDER 78.5 yards receiving -115
It was a rough day once again in Indy for Joey Porter Jr. and the Steelers’ defense. There are questions about this defense. Are they really good or were the offenses they faced really bad? It will be up to the secondary to eliminate the Cowboys’ top receiving weapon. CeeDee Lamb’s counterpart Brandin Cooks has been ruled out for this contest. Expect to see Porter battling Lamb early and often.
George Pickens OVER 53.5 yards receiving -115
In case you missed it earlier this week, ESPN Analytics ranked George Pickens as the 5th most open receiver. Again, he is on pace to eclipse career highs in receiving and is the lone consistent playmaker in the receivers’ room. With the Cowboys missing their edge rushers like Micah Parsons and Demarcus Lawrence, expect the Steelers to test that defensive line’s pass-rush ability.

Justin Fields OVER 186.5 yards passing -115
Another week for Justin Fields under center. This is a great week for the Steelers passing game–as we mentioned earlier, the Cowboys will be without their top two pass rushers. After Fields nearly “took over the game” as Arthur Smith highlighted, I would expect more plays downfield early to set up the run game.
GAME PREDICTION: Steelers (-2.5) COVER the spread -115, and both teams hit the UNDER 44 points -112
I expect this to be a classic slugfest. The Steelers’ defense has something to prove, the Cowboys are going to want to steal a win in the Steel City, and Fields is going to have a huge opportunity under the primetime lights. The Steelers will rise to the occasion and send Big D home with a Big L: 23-19.
