Ravens QB Lamar Jackson to Miss Practice after COVID-19 Test Requires Confirmation
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson will not participate in the first Baltimore Ravens practice of training camp on Wednesday thanks to an issue with his COVID-19 test.
Jackson, who contracted the disease last November, had a test flagged in his intake testing that will require confirmation before he can either return to work or go on the COVID-19 reserve list, according to a report by ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

With backup Robert Griffin III moving on in free agency, Jackson will be replaced by second-year backups Tyler Huntley and Trace McSorley until he can return to practice.
Fifteen players were placed on the COVID-19 reserve list around the NFL on Tuesday as the full 32 teams had players in camp for the first time, with most teams’ first full-squad workouts scheduled for Wednesday.
