Pittsburgh Steelers OLB T.J. Watt

Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker T.J. Watt will play against the Kansas City Chiefs this Sunday despite dealing with pain from cracked ribs, according to a report by Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Watt reportedly suffered the injury against the Tennessee Titans last Sunday, but did not miss any practice time this week and thus was not required to be a part of the Steelers’ injury report.

Head coach Mike Tomlin did not bring up Watt when running down his team’s injuries after the win over Tennessee.

Watt has also dealt with groin, hip and knee injuries this season and has missed two games already. Despite that, he has already set the Steelers single-season sack record and leads the NFL with 17.5 quarterback sacks.
