The Steelers activated linebacker T.J. Watt from the Reserve/COVID-19 List Saturday morning. The move makes him eligible to play in the team’s game on Sunday against the Ravens.
Watt was placed on the list on Monday, which at the time made him the fourth Steelers who needed to deal with COVID-19 protocols in a three-week period.
The All-Pro linebacker has started nine games this season, totaling 12.5 sacks, four passes , three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries to this point. Watt was already forced to miss time after suffering a knee injury against Detroit. He was then unable to play in the loss to the Chargers.
