Welcome to the Steelers Afternoon Drive, our new daily podcast featuring all the latest Steelers news and analysis.

Alan Saunders and Zachary discuss all things Pittsburgh Steelers. On today’s episode, we discuss the team’s first practice of 2024 training camp. Russell Willson missed a second straight practice due to a calf issue, and Justin Fields took advantage of that today. He had a much more consistent day and looked more comfortable. DeMarvin Leal continues to stack good days as he battles for a 53 man roster spot. The same could be said in about Donte Jackson, DeShon Elliott and Beanie Bishop in terms of the quality of their play. Rookie WR Roman Wilson flashed a bit more today as he continues to get more reps. How will George Pickens take to WR coach Zach Azzanni’s coaching? Do the Steelers still have a big WR trade, such as one for Tyreek Hill, DK Metcalf or Brandon Aiyuk up their sleeve? Let’s go for another Steelers Afternoon Drive and discuss!
