Steelers All 90: OLB Jamar Watson

All 90 is a Pittsburgh Steelers Now series profiling each of the 90 members of the Steelers 2021 offseason roster.

6-foot-2, 241 pounds

Acquired: Signed with the Steelers on May 1 as an undrafted free agent.

College: At Kentucky, he racked up 107 tackles, 28.5 TFL and 18.5 sacks, which is fifth all-time in the school’s history. The 6-foot-2, 241-pound pass rusher was a team captain and earned second-team All-SEC honors in 2020.

Camp outlook: Watson is vying for a practice squad spot, batting the likes of Jamir Jones and possibly sixth-round pick Quincy Roche.

Future: Watson’s rookie contract is a three-year deal, after which, he will become an unrestricted free agent.
