? DeAndre Hopkins had a banner day in the Kansas City Chiefs’ 27-20 overtime win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday night. Hopkins caught eight receptions for 86 yards (10.8 average) and two touchdowns. For some inexplicable reason, the Pitsburgh Steelers did not push hard for Hopkins at the price he was had for. The Chiefs only gave up a fifth-round conditional pick to Tennessee for Hopkins.

? Adam Schefter of ESPN dismissed the possibility of the Steelers landing Seattle Seahawks wide receiver D.K. Metcalf in a trade.

“That’s an example of a curveball I’m not expecting … I’ve heard nothing about D.K. Metcalf. That’s the first time I’ve heard about that,” Schefter said on the Pat McAfee Show.

? ESPN analyst Dan Orlovsky thinks the Steelers should look into trading for wide receivers Darius Slayton or Adam Thielen. The trade deadline is on Tuesday at 4 p.m. EST.

? J.J. Watt provided advice for his brother T.J. on rushing from the right side. Watt predominantly rushes from the left side, but the Steelers have been moving him around lately.

““The one thing that I was texting him [about] during the game he’s got to work on … is the top end of his rush,” J.J. said on the Pat McAfee Show. “When you’re ripping through or the guy’s got your jersey, the hardest thing to do is that final little get-off so you can actually get the sack as opposed to a pressure. I think that’s the one thing he’s just not as comfortable with on that side yet. He’s got good rushes, it’s just the finish that he’s got to get comfortable with.”

? Monday marked the 45th anniversary of Terry Bradshaw’s first four touchdown regular season game and first 300-yard regular season game in his Hall of Fame career. It came against Washington in a 38-7 win at Three Rivers Stadium.
