Cornerback Cam Sutton and inside linebacker Devin Bush Jr. returned to practice on Wednesday for the Pittsburgh Steelers, after both players missed last Sunday’s game against the Denver Broncos.
Sutton suffered a groin injury late in the team’s Week 5 loss to the Green Bay Packers and missed the Steelers’ Week 6 game at home against the Denver Broncos. Bush suffered a groin injury in the Broncos game. Both players were full participants on Wednesday.
Wide receiver James Washington and nose tackle Carlos Davis, who also missed Sunday’s game, were limited participants in practice Wednesday. Washington suffered a groin injury in the week of practice leading up to the Broncos game. Davis has been out since the season opener at Buffalo.
Wide receiver Chase Claypool, who played through a hamstring injury against Denver after missing the trip to Green Bay, was once again limited, as was defensive lineman Cam Heyward, who has been dealing with a neck issue.
Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (pec/hip), outside linebacker Melvin Ingram III and guard Trai Turner were all given the day off.
