The Pittsburgh Steelers have three players dealing with injuries, as the team ruled inside linebacker Buddy Johnson and defensive lineman Isaiah Buggs out of Sunday game against the Baltimore Ravens, while left tackle Dan Moore, Jr. is doubtful to play.

Buggs was a late addition to the injury report, missing practice on Friday with an undisclosed illness. He missed the last two games while having and recovering from COVID-19.

Johnson will miss his third consecutive game with a foot injury, and was unlikely to dress even if healthy, with the Steelers getting starters Devin Bush and Joe Schobert back from the COVID-19 list this week.

Moore will likely miss his first game of the season as the team’s stating left tackle after getting his ankle rolled up early in Monday’s win over the Cleveland Browns. Joe Haeg should be expected to replace him at left tackle, though the Steelers could choose to flip Chukwuma Okorafor to left tackle and play Zach Banner at right tackle.

Right guard Trai Turner was a full participant in practice on Friday, and was not given an injury designation for the game, so he should be expected to start after missing Wednesday and Thursday’s practices. With center Kendrick Green on the COVID-19 list, J.C. Hassenauer will make his second straight start at center.

Strong safety Terrell Edmunds (groin) and slot corner Arthur Maulet (illness) are also expected to play after being less than full participants earlier in this week. Both practiced fully on Friday.

Cornerback Joe Haden, wide receiver Diontae Johnson and defensive coordinator Keith Butler all also remain in the COVID-19 protocol.
