PITTSBURGH — The Steelers lost two players to injury during their 19-13 win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, head coach Mike Tomlin said after the game.

Starting defensive lineman Chris Wormley suffered a groin injury and was unable to finish the game, Tomlin said.

Without Wormley, the Steelers utilized more of young defensive ends Henry Mondeaux and Isaiahh Loudermilk and nose tackle Carlos Davis, along with stalwart Cam Heyward.

The line — already without Stephon Tuitt and Tyson Alualu on injured reserve and Montravius Adams Sr. on the COVID-19 reserve list — was unable to put a plug in the Tennessee running game. The Titans gained 201 yards on 42 carries.

But the Steelers were able to put pressure on Tennessee quarterback Ryan Tannehill. Wormley had a sack before he left the game, T.J. Watt had one solo and shared one with Heyward and Derrek Tuszka had a sack/fumble.

Tight end Pat Freiermuth also left the game for evaluation for a potential concussion. He also did not return.
