Steelers Leapfrog Browns, Move to One Game Back in AFC North

It wasn’t necessarily the prettiest of wins, but the Pittsburgh Steelers fought through some self-inflicted wounds and took care of business against a beat-up Browns team to bring home a 15-10 win from Cleveland on Sunday.

As unlikely as the Steelers kicker-less upset of the Browns might have been, what happened in the other game in the division might have been less likely, as the Cincinnati Bengals were upset by the New York Jets, led by backup quarterback Mike White.

With Cincinnati’s loss and Baltimore off, the Ravens took first place of the AFC North from their living rooms. The Steelers, meanwhile, leap-frogged the Browns and pulled to within a game of the first-place Ravens, a half-game behind Cincinnati.

Thanks to their road wins over the Ravens and Steelers, the Bengals hold all division tiebreakers at the moment.

AFC North Standings:

Baltimore Ravens 5-2 (0-1)
Cincinnati Bengals 5-3 (2-0)
Pittsburgh Steelers 4-3 (1-1)
Cleveland Browns 4-4 (0-1)
