Steelers Morning Rush: Biggest Concern from Loss to Colts?

Steelers Morning Rush: What are the most concerning problems from the Steelers 27-24 loss to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday?

Published

on

Welcome to Steelers Morning Rush, our new daily short-form podcast with Alan Saunders, giving a longer perspective on a single news topic surrounding the Pittsburgh Steelers or the National Football League. Today, it’s which of the problems that cropped up during the team’s 27-24 loss to the Indianapolis Colts are ones to be worried about long term.

There were many mistakes made by the Black and Gold that individually could have reversed the margin of defeat in their three-point setback in Indy, but which of those can be chalked up to typical growing pains early in the season and which are ones that could spin into bigger problems down the line?

Alan breaks it down, with emphasis on the team’s trouble running the ball with Najee Harris and a defense that couldn’t get off the field on third down.
