Congratulations are in order. Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker Alex Highsmith got engaged to his fiancé Alyssa over the weekend.
Highsmith’s father Sam shared pictures of his son popping the question on Twitter Sunday, which captured the life-changing captured perfectly.

A third round selection of the Steelers in 2020, Highsmith is entering his second season with big expectations rushing the passer opposite T.J. Watt.
Highsmith recorded 48 combined tackles, two sacks, five tackles-for-loss, six quarterback hits and an interception in his rookie campaign. According to Pro Football Focus, Highsmith recorded 22 total pressures on 224 pass-rushing snaps.
