The Pittsburgh Steelers re-signed wide receiver Tyler Vaughns to their practice squad and released kicker Sam Sloman on Monday.

The transaction reverses a move made by the Steelers on Friday. They had released Vaughns and signed Sloman ahead of the regular season finale against the Baltimore Ravens.

A rookie out of Southern California, Vaughns was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Indianapolis Colts. He has spent the majority of the season with the Steelers, but has not appeared in a game.

Vaughns recorded 222 receptions for 2,810 yards 20 touchdowns over four season at USC.

Sloman spent training camp with Pittsburgh, and had two previous stints on the team’s practice squad.

A seventh round selection of the Los Angeles Rams in 2020, Sloman also spent time with the Tennessee Titans last season.
