The Pittsburgh Steelers have ruled inside linebacker Buddy Johnson out of Monday’s game against the Cleveland Browns while punter Pressley Harvin III and center Kendrick Green are questionable, the team announced on Saturday.

Johnson has been bothered by a foot injury and did not practice all this week. With starters Devin Bush and Joe Schobert on the COVID-19 reserve list, Robert Spillane and Marcus Allen will be expected to start, with Ulysees Gilbert III and recently signed Tegray Scales providing depth.

Harvin did not practice at all this week while still dealing with the death of his father over the Christmas weekend. Corliss Waitman is also on the 53-man roster and should be expected to handle holding and punting duties if Harvin cannot.

Green suffered a calf injury in Week 16 against the Kansas City Chiefs and missed Thursday and Friday’s practices before working in a limited capacity on Saturday. If he is unable to play, J.C. Hassenauer would be expected to start at center in his place.

Right guard Trai Turner was limited with a knee injury on Saturday, but was not given an injured designation and is expected to play on Monday.

Tight end Pat Freiermuth was a full participant in practice all week and is expected to emerge from the NFL concussion protocol to play on Monday.
