PITTSBURGH —With a special teams walkthrough occupying the main practice field, some Pittsburgh Steelers defenders that don’t play on special teams passed the time on the other field by playing a little bit of quarterback.

Cam Heyward, T.J. Watt, Minkah Fitzpatrick, Damontae Kazee, Keeanu Benton, Patrick Queen, Elandon Roberts and Alex Highsmith took part in a little competition, attempting passes into a garbage can from 15, 10 and 5 yards out. The safeties took the day, with Heyward and Watt coming the closest to challenging them.
