Steelers Sights & Sounds: First Look at Derrick Harmon, Steelers Rookies

PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Steelers started their offseason practices on Friday, with the opening of their three-day rookie minicamp at UPMC Rooney Sports Complex, giving the Black and Gold faithful their first look at the rookies from the 2025 NFL Draft class. The big draw there is defensive tackle Derrick Harmon, who took his first Steelers reps on Friday.

Harmon, wearing No. 99 was working alongside fifth-round Yahya Black and (No. 78), under the tutelage of defensive line coach Karl Dunbar.

On the offensive field, sixth-round pick Will Howard was running the show, with second-round rookie running back Kaleb Johnson and UDFA wide receiver Roc Taylor also catching attention on the first day.
