Steelers Sights & Sounds: First Look at New WR, Calvin Austin Back at Practice
Pittsburgh Steelers Sights & Sounds: New wide receiver Jamal Agnew got into his first practice; Calvin Austin III got back to work.
PITTSBURGH — New wide receiver and kick returner Jamal Agnews got his first practice in with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Wednesday, and Calvin Austin III was back at work, as well. Agnew, the former Lions and Jaguars All-Pro returner is on the practice squad, and worked in at wide receiver behind the top group at practice.
Included in that top group was Austin, who was checked for a concussion in-game on Sunday, and head coach Mike Tomlin said may not be 100% this week. But Austin was back out there at practice on Wednesday, just a few days after Mike Williams was on the field in his place for the game-winning touchdown against the Washington Commanders.
