Steelers Sights & Sounds: First Reps for Pickett, Pickens, Austin

UNITY TWP., Pa. — After a two-year hiatus, and then months more of anticipation, the Pittsburgh Steelers finally retuned to training camp at Chuck Noll Field at St. Vincent College to the welcome of a large crowd of Steelers fans — and a passing rain shower.

The rain stayed moved off quickly and the Steelers were able to get in a 90-minute practice. Rookies Kenny Pickett, George Pickens and Calvin Austin III were the star attractions for the fans packing the bleachers and ringing the practice field as the three offensive rookies made big plays on the first full day of camp.
