PITTSBURGH — Injured Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson was at practice on Friday after being limited by a calf injury on Thursday, but he still does not look 100% ready to play.
Wilson stretched off to the side, doing work that seemed to be focused on his banged-up right calf, while the rest of the team was doing its traditional warmups. He threw to injured wide receiver Roman Wilson while the rest of the team was doing a ball-security drill.
When the first-team receivers hit the practice field, it was Justin Fields, not Wilson, throwing to them,
Elsewhere, tight end Darnell Washington appeared set to participate after missing practice on Friday and tackle/guard combos of Dan Moore Jr. and Spencer Anderson and Broderick Jones and James Daniels worked on double teams.
