The Draft Network has unveiled its first mock draft following last week’s scouting combine in Indianapolis, and has the Pittsburgh Steelers thinking quarterback in the first round.

With the 20th-overall selection, the Draft Network’s Kyle Crabbs has the Steelers taking Ole Miss’ Matt Corral.

“And while Corral’s resume does provide questions about a pro transition, I do feel like the Steelers are the perfect place for him to land,” Crabbs writes. “A running game, a clear commitment to the line, and a slew of playmakers make life easier for Corral early on and I think that will be key.”

A three-year starter for the Rebels, Corral passed for 8,287 yards and 57 touchdowns with 23 interceptions during his time in Oxford.

He was dangerous runner as well, rushing for 614 yards and eleven touchdowns a season ago in Lane Kiffin’s spread scheme.

Corral is the second quarterback off the board in the mock, as Crabbs has the Washington Commanders drafting Liberty’s Malik Willis at eleven. Pitt’s Kenny Pickett was not selected in the first round.
