Watch: Mike Tomlin Informs George Pickens He’ll Become a Steeler

Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin gave Georgia wide receiver George Pickens the phone call of a lifetime Friday night, informing the former Bulldog star that Pittsburgh would be selecting him in the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft.

“We’re about to make you a Pittsburgh Steeler, brother,” Tomlin told Pickens. “We are excited about you man. You had a heck of a pro day, displayed your health. We’re excited about putting you into the fold man. We’re going to need that playmaking.”
