What are Ben Roethlisberger’s Odds of Winning the 2020 NFL MVP?

Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has the fifteenth-best odds of winning the 2020 NFL MVP at 40/1.

Roethlisberger will be 38-years-old entering his 17th season, and coming off a season-ending elbow injury suffered Week 2 against the Seattle Seahawks.

While Roethlisberger played just two games and failed to throw a touchdown pass last season, he did lead the league in passing yards and completions with 34 touchdowns in 2018. He also tossed a league-high 16 interception, as the Steelers went 9-6-1 and missed the postseason.

Fresh off a Super Bowl victory and a year removed from his first MVP award, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is the favorite to win the award again in 2020 at 6/1. 2019 NFL MVP and Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has the second-best odds at 13/2.

Jackson is not the only AFC North signal caller favored over Roethlisberger, with Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield at 33/1 odds to win MVP at next season’s end.
