Where Will Steelers Pick in 2022 NFL Draft?

The Pittsburgh Steelers have a clear but narrow path to making the NFL postseason that starts with a win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, and includes getting help from the Jacksonville Jaguars with a win over the Indianapolis Colts and avoiding a tie between the Los Angeles Chargers and Las Vegas Raiders.

But if that doesn’t happen, the Steelers organization will quickly turn its attention to the 2022 NFL Draft, and what happens on the final week of the season could make a big impact on where they end up there, as well.

If the Steelers make it into the postseason, they’ll draft somewhere after No. 18, depending on when they’re eliminated.

If they don’t, they could rise as high as No. 14 in the 2022 NFL Draft order if they finish 8-8-1 with a loss to Baltimore. The Ravens, now 8-8 and in the No. 14 slot, would rise in the overall standings with a win over Pittsburgh.

The Miami Dolphins and New Orleans Saints are also 8-8, and the Steelers can finish behind them with a loss and Dolphins and Saints victories.

If the Steelers beat the Ravens, but don’t get their playoff help, the best they can hope to pick is No. 17.
