NY Jets Wide Receiver Waiting on Aaron Rodgers For a Possible Reunion
ESPN reported that New York Jets receive Allen Lazard maybe waiting on Aaron Rodgers to officially decide his destination to reunite once more.

While the Pittsburgh Steelers haven’t officially landed quarterback Aaron Rodgers, there is a growing feeling that it will ultimately happen. The Steelers aren’t the only ones waiting on him to make it official either. ESPN Insider Rich Cimini reported that New York Jets receiver Allen Lazard, who was given permission to seek a trade earlier this offseason, may be waiting on Rodgers before agreeing to a restructuring to stay in New York.
Rodgers has made it known he likes to bring his guys with him. After all, he got his former coach Nathaniel Hackett, Davante Adams, and Allen Lazard all to go to the Jets with him.

While he may not have the same type of pull in Pittsburgh as he did in New York, if Lazard is released from the Jets, it may not be out of the question for another reunion. Lazard carries an $11M cap hit this season according to Over the Cap and has played all but one season with Rodgers as his quarterback.
Currently, Rodgers is not under contract. However, if he joins the team soon we may see more roster movement prior to the draft later this month. If not Rodgers, the Steelers may be forced to look at quarterback sooner in the draft than they would like to.
