Arthur Maulet Being Evaluated for a Concussion

Pittsburgh Steelers CB Arthur Maulet

BALTIMORE — The Steelers are attempting to come back and get into the playoffs, but they will have to do so without Arthur Maulet for some time. The Steelers’ physical slot cornerback left the team’s game against the Ravens for evaluation for a concussion.

The injury occurred on a play where Maulet was sent on a blitz and collided helmet-to-helmet with Tyler Huntley. Maulet ended up losing his helmet and walked off noticeably gingerly. To say the least, it was not a pretty sight for the Maulet.

Still, Maulet has played at a high level for most of the season, and this game was no exception. He will be one of a number of Steelers who is likely looking for an extension to stay in Pittsburgh for the 2022 season.
