The Cincinnati Bengals are reinforcing their offensive line for the second straight offseason, ensuring quarterback Joe Burrow remains upright and healthy moving.

According to multiple reports, Cincinnati is signing former Patriots center Ted Karras and former Buccaneers guard Alex Cappa to three and four-year deals, respectively.

A former sixth round pick out of Illinois, Karras is a two-time Super Bowl champion that has made 49 career starts with New England and Miami.

Cappa started the last three seasons for Tampa Bay, and won Super Bowl LIV with the Buccaneers. He was drafted in the third round in 2018.

Cincinnati allowed 55 sacks last season, the third-most in the entire league. Burrow was sacked seven times in the Bengals’ Super Bowl LVI loss to the Rams.
