This suspension stems from Davis’s 2019 DUI arrest while a member of the Minnesota Vikings, not a more recent infraction. Davis’ 2019 DUI has since been reduced to reckless driving.

Even though this suspension was always a possibility for Davis, the timing is very poor for his hopes of getting enough of an opportunity to make impact in the NFL. Davis, who appeared in two games with the Vikings in 2019, has yet to record a reception in a regular season game.
