Just six games into his NFL career, Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Chase Claypool continues to endear himself to fans both on and off the field.

After a son posted to TikTok early this month about his 76-year-old father Jimmy, a life-long Steeler fan, being diagnosed with dementia, the rookie wideout saw the video and decided to send a care package to lift his spirits.

In a video of his own posted to TikTok on Monday, Claypool came through for Jimmy, sending him an autographed No. 11 jersey.
