Fox Sports’ Colin Cowherd shared his predictions for how the AFC North will shake out on his show The Herd Wednesday, and the host did not paint a pretty outlook for the Pittsburgh Steelers or quarterback Ben Roethlisberger’s 2021 season.

After reports early this week that Roethlisberger is more motivated than ever and in the best shape of his life, Cowherd trashed the quarterback for seemingly not caring about physique in the past and says the 39-year-old is not fooling anybody.

“Ben is committed when the whistle blows in camp to when it ends in January earlier than everybody in Pittsburgh wants, he’s limping to the finish line,” Cowherd said.

Cowherd clearly does not believes the reports regarding Roethlisberger’s weight loss, and even went as far as to mock him.

“Congratulations on only two Natty Lights after dinner and sit-ups,” Cowherd said.

Cowherd also predicted that the Steelers will finish third in the AFC North with an 8-9 record, and. even added that he was being generous giving the Steelers the eight wins that he did.

“And eight wins, considering the state of their O-line, is gracious,” Cowherd said.
