? Dean Norris, the “Breaking Bad” star who played Officer Hank Schrader on the hit TV show, was hired by a fan via Cameo to record himself sending a message to Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Matt Canada. As one would imagine, it wasn’t kind, either.

“I’ll tell you what: Mitch has something to say. He needs you to get the f— out of Pittsburgh, OK?” Norris said. “Mitch says the Pittsburgh Steelers need to fire Matt Canada.”

The Black and Gold faithful chanted “Fire Canada” on Monday night at Acrisure Stadium after an awful third-and-1 play call with the game in the balance. The defense prevented a game-winning touchdown by the Cleveland Browns, but it was too close for comfort. Overall, the offense has been a train wreck under Canada through two games. Steelers fans have even started a petition to oust Canada.

? Kenny Pickett currently has the worst QBR of every starting quarterback in the NFL (19.9). Pickett’s passer rating (69.7) is also the fourth-worst in the entire league. Former Steelers guard Ramon Foster recently said he’s “directly pointing the finger” at Pickett for the Steelers struggles.

“I give a guy grace when it comes to it. He had an entire offseason. Whether it’s him and Matt Canada or whether it’s just him, a lot of the stuff that was happening, I’m honestly directly pointing the finger at Kenny,” Foster said on his podcast. “Go help yourself out, man. Figure this stuff out. This is the NFL, it is hard.”

? Rapper Lil Wayne is performing at halftime of the Steelers-Raiders game on Sunday night at Allegiant Stadium.

? Browns All-Pro defensive end Myles Garret said Minkah Fitzpatrick’s tackle on Nick Chubb was perfectly legal.

“Minkah didn’t do anything illegal,” Garrett said, via Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com. “He was playing the game how it’s supposed to be played. It was very unfortunate what happened — Nick getting held up but just having, just planting his foot and the hit and all that. That’s not unlike what corners around the league do. This is something that’s very common.”

? Despite Pro Football Focus labeling Dan Moore Jr. as the worst left tackle in the league through two games, Ben Roethlisberger thinks he’s been “killing it” this season.

“I talked to him last night, and I said, ‘Dude, I’m so happy for you, I’m proud of the way you’re playing, keep it up,’” Roethlisberger said on his podcast. “Dan Moore, keep it up, dude. You are absolutely killing it, and I’m very proud of you.”

? Hall of Fame Steelers quarterback Terry Bradshaw was honored with a statue at his alma mater Louisiana Tech.

? Happy Birthday to former Steelers wide receiver Quincy Morgan, born on September 23, 1977 in Garland, Texas. Also, Happy Birthday to former Steelers guard Kraig Urbik, born on September 23, 1985 in Hudson, Wisconsin.

? Friday marked the 26th anniversary of when Bill Cowher barely restrained himself from punching a Jacksonville Jaguars player who was returning a blocked field goal for a touchdown. The Steelers were down 23-21 with six seconds remaining when Norm Johnson’s kick was blocked.
