? Pittsburgh Steelers defensive tackle Cam Heyward said his most meaningful moment as a Steeler was when he honored Franco Harris on Christmas Eve in 2022. A few days after Harris passed away, Heyward ran out of the tunnel carrying a flag commemorating Harris’ No. 32.

“I don’t know about favorite but meaningful was being able to honor Franco. He meant a lot to this city,” Heyward wrote on X.

? Over the last two seasons, Arthur Smith’s offenses have averaged 31.8 rushing attempts per game (and 29.4 per game over his last 5 years).

? Cam Heyward made it clear that he’s never going to Cleveland. “Bro I ain’t going to Cleveland. My wife about threw up when she saw the report. It was a joke in passing,” Heyward wrote on X in response to a fan.

? NFL Network analyst Brian Baldinger said on 93.7 The Fan that he believes Pittsburgh is in the driver’s seat to win the AFC North. Baldinger thinks Wilson is the clear-cut starter. He. doesn’t see it as a competition with Fields.

“Russell Wilson threw 26 touchdown passes last year in 15 starts with very mediocre talent around him,” said Baldy. “The Pittsburgh Steelers, with three quarterbacks last year and making the playoffs threw a grand total of 13 touchdown passes,” Baldinger said.

“I think by midseason, they’re going to be humming, they’re going to be very good. I think Pittsburgh’s going to be in a good situation,” said Baldinger. “I think they’re going to be the team to beat in the AFC North and I think Russell Wilson is going to be a big part of that.”

? To wrap up community week, the Steelers rookies visited the Mel Blount Youth Home to participate team building activities and football drills with kids.
