đ The Pittsburgh Steelers finished with 163 yards in Sunday’s 27-13 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, their fewest since they had 127 in a 19-11 victory against the Tennessee Titans on Sept. 19, 2010.
đ The Steelers possessed the ball for just 20:08 against the Eagles. That’s the worst time of possession for the franchise since October 26, 2003 (20:00 vs St. Louis Rams in 33-21 loss).
đ The Steelers had 41 offensive plays against the Eagles. It’s their fewest since Oct. 20, 1991 when they also had 41 in a 27-7 loss to Seattle in Chuck Noll’s final season, according to Joe Rutter of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.
đ The Steelers had just two drives in the second half against the Eagles. They’re the first team since 2009 to have only two drives in the second half, per @ESPNStatsInfo.
đ NFL Network analyst Brian Baldinger broke down T.J. Watt’s forced fumble on Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts. Watt has a league-best six forced fumbles this season. Out of Wattâs six forced fumbles this year, three have been strip sacks. Wattâs 33 career forced fumbles are tied with Greg Lloyd for the franchise record.
đ Jalen Hurts said after the game that he played with a broke finger. Despite a broken finger, Hurts still recorded 290 yards passing and two touchdowns.
đ Jalen Hurts told Russell Wilson after the game that he looked up to him growing up.
