? Ryan Wilson of CBS Sports has the Steelers selecting Cincinnati defensive lineman Dontay Corleone at 14th overall in his way-too-early 2025 mock draft.

“Corleone is a twitchy controlled mover who has outstanding strength with very good speed and quickness. He’s a plus-run defender with a quick first step and plays with violent hands,” Wilson wrote.

? Rich Eisen thinks Troy Fautanu was a steal for the Steelers at 20th overall.

“I just think the Steelers got themselves a great draft steal at 20th overall. Leaving the combine and watching this kid work out with Daniel Jeremiah and Sean O’Hara was down on the turf. So was Taylor LeJuan. He was on the turf. They were talking about how he might be the best tackle period,” Eisen said. “I understand that Joe was out there and they were talking about how good he can move and how terrific he is. Anybody that roots for Washington will tell you he might just be a fan favorite and not many fan favorites play offensive line. I dig that pick. Mike Tomlin was smiling and clapping.”

? Former Steelers free safety Ryan Clark wrote a letter to undrafted free agents. Clark went undrafted out of LSU in 2002.

? NFL Network analyst Brian Baldinger loves Payton Wilson.

“You want to see a hitting party? Go watch Payton Wilson
play football. He’s bringing that to the Burgh” Baldinger said on NFL Total Access.

? Roman Wilson had his way with Quinyon Mitchell at the Senior Bowl.

? Steelers’ fourth-round selection Mason McCormick is all business.
