Needless to say, the Steelers’ offense has been anything but stellar through the first three weeks of the season. However, in Week 3, they had their most successful game before reverting back to a similar issue that plagued them in the previous eight quarters. What in the world happened in the Steelers’ first-half gameplan compared to their second-half gameplan? Is there an answer as to what the team’s identity could be moving forward?

The answer is yes. In fact, the Steelers had a wildly successful first half by almost all standards. They did not have a single third-down conversion and that was because they stayed ahead of the sticks incredibly well. They rushed for 88 yards on 16 carries, a crisp 5.5 yards per carry. In the air, the Steelers created three explosive plays. So, what gives?
