From the Locker Room: JuJu Smith-Schuster on Steelers’ Drops, Red Zone Failures
The Steelers won on Wednesday, beating the Baltimore Ravens to improve to 11-0, but nobody in the Pittsburgh locker room at Heinz Field Wednesday night was too happy about.
The loss of star linebacker Bud Dupree in the fourth quarter cast a pall over the locker room, and the Steelers’ shoddy performance against a significantly depleted Ravens squad didn’t do much to lift their spirits.
The offensive unit in particular struggled, with one turnover, two field goals and just one touchdown in four trips to the red zone and a number of drive-killing dropped passes.
Wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster broke down the offense’s failures and what the team needs to do to correct them entering a short week.
